FAKE PLATES
These are *not* made for movies (or so I suspect :-)
These are being sold on eBay. I guess they made a whole bunch... they just keep coming out with different numbers !
Here is a series of fake Baja California 1924 plates.
Both of these use the numbers 0, 2, 4, and 7.
Some older fake plates.
These use the same font - which is commonly available, and strangely enough, was used on New Jersey temporary plates from 2012 to 2021.
This one has the same dies and number patterns as a real GTO truck plate,
but the wrong font on the bottom and no lead seal in the top right.
And these are on the roads in Guerrero.
The numbers are a different font than they should be.
This pair of handicapped/capacidades diferentes was seen on eBay
Antique Auto fakes.
Some fake plates from random internet sites.
These stickers from Chihuahua were put on top of a pair of plates from the previous base
Souvenir plates ?? (most of these were seen on eBay)
